How OTP Security & IT Services handles websites and services.

These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by OTP Security & IT Services Pvt. Ltd.. Specific projects are also governed by the quote or agreement signed for that project.
Quotes and scope
Work is carried out according to the written scope and quote you approve. Changes to scope may affect cost and timelines and will be agreed in writing.
Payments
Payment terms are stated in each quote. Ongoing services are billed in advance for the period. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party software, plugins, licences and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, cloud, payment gateways, advertising platforms and similar services are provided by third parties and subject to their terms. Advertising spend is paid to the platform and is separate from our fees.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely approvals, and to ensure that material you provide does not infringe others' rights.
Limitation of liability
We take care in all our work but are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages and issues caused by third-party providers outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
